For nearly 75 years, Cross has produced a wide range of hydraulic components including cylinders, valves, gear pumps/motors, accumulators, and adapters. Castings and steel are purchased from within Kansas where possible, then our Kansas team machines each of these raw materials to be used in our products. Once expertly machined, these parts are assembled into high quality hydraulic components that serve hard-working equipment around the globe. We are proud to be made in Kansas and serving the world.

The first product Cross made was an agricultural tie rod cylinder. Today, Cross continues to supply a wide range of durable hydraulic products including cylinders, valves, pumps, and motors to the agricultural market worldwide. Cross has diversified product lines to meet the growing demands of additional applications including material handling, drilling, construction, marine, mining, forestry, and other specialty markets.

From the day the first Cross agricultural tie rod cylinder went from an idea drawn on a napkin onto a farm implement, our founder, James H. Cross, dreamed of making a difference in the world.
